Jasmine Kocie is an artist, folk herbalist, nutrition focused cook blending food and medicine, intuitive energy worker, emerging writer and teacher and a mushroom enthusiast and beginning cultivator. She received the first of three Reiki attunements in 2006 beginning the journey of understanding subtle energies. In 2014 the call came to dive deeper into energy work when she met and began studying soul healing and animism with Stacie Codino. This opened up a whole new world of powerful teachers to cultivate relationships with and integrate their lessons through embodied action. This led her to Ginger Webb at the Sacred Journey School of Herbalism in Austin, TX where she uncovered a deep seeded affinity for plant medicine, inspiring further studies under other influential and revolutionary healers, scientists and visionaries in such topics as: Astrological and Alchemical Herbalism, Phytochemistry, Foraging, Fermentation and Wild Food Preparation, Mycology, Primitive Skills, Ethnobotany, Energy Grids and Vibrational Medicine. She is also a Wilderness Herbal First Responder through the Human Path in San Antonio, TX. Following a long, spiraling journey of gathering and sharing more branches of healing around the western states Jasmine landed in Bend, OR where she is putting down some mycelial roots to grow her visions of what wholeness, art and community can be.
